NAGRAT Embarks On An Indefinite Strike

The National Association of Graduate Teachers(NAGRAT) has begun an indefinite strike owing to Governments inability to fulfill their mandate of paying outstanding arrears  to the members of the association.

According to NAGRAT government currently owes its membership an amount of Gh50 million salary arrears which has been outstanding since 2013.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday Mr. Eric Agbe- Carbonu, President of NAGRAT stated that the association was fed up with the unfulfilled promises from government and called on all members to lay down their tools immediately and after Senior High Schools reopen.
