National Vice Chairperson Of The NDC Pleads to Restore Unity

Anita Desosoo, the National Vice Chairperson of the opposition National Democratic Congress, has rendered appologies to the party’s founder; Jerry John Rawlings to forgive all executives of the party who have wronged him.

Mrs Desosoo pleaded on behalf of her executive members yesterday during the 39th anniversary of the June 4 uprising in Accra.

Former President and founder of the NDC had earlier in 2016 refused to campaign for the NDC during the general elections stating that the new leaders of the party had strayed from the parties ideals of transparency, probity and accountability.

After accepting the apology, ex President Rawlings admonished the NDC to wake up from the ashes and return to the tenets of June 4th which includes Integrity, probity and accountability.
