Government to Enhance Technical and Vocational Education


The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo has said that his government is keen on enhancing Vocational and Technical Education in the country.

In a National Conference held at the Koforidua Technical University, the President acknowledged that challenges in the area of Technical and Vocational Training hammering  on the lack of well trained teachers to teach courses and inadequate resources needed to accomplish practical work.

 He added that his government was going to back this initiative not only by words but with financial support and an increased political will.

He ended by assuring all gathered that his government will keep its solemn duty to the enhance economic stability by re-boosting the Technical and Vocational sector.
