Reshuffling Will Not Solve Security Problems-Dr. Kwesi Aning

Dr. Kwesi Aning a security analyst says that the initiative of the Inspector General in making changes in the Structure of the Police Service is not going to solve the problem of high crime rates in the country.

He added that there have been less than 3 reshuffles within the past twelve months after the IGP assumed office and this was not going to enhance the effort of the Police Service in combating increasing crime rate.

Meanwhile the Director, KAIPTC has suggested that the Police Service be equipped with the necessary tools rather than change leadership positions.
